what is the Bovis scale?

It’s an energy unit named after a French physicist and nutritional expert, professor Bovis. He found out that fresh fruits and vegetables of natural origin contain much more energy than old, poorly stored or artificially ripened ones. Bovis created a measuring table. For example, fresh fruits and vegetables reach values close to 14,000 Bovis units. These values can be identified by using special methods and electronic biosensor devices.
